Terms of Service.
Last updated: August 2026. Please read these terms before using our website or services.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the KT Bradley CPA website and, together with a signed engagement letter, the professional services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
KT Bradley CPA provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, tax planning, tax debt resolution, business consulting, business funding support and wealth strategy guidance. The specific scope, fees and deliverables for any engagement are set out separately in an engagement letter or agreement signed by you and our firm, which governs where it conflicts with this page.
Client Responsibilities
Accurate tax preparation and financial advice depend on accurate, complete information. You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate financial records and documents when requested.
- Review documents we prepare on your behalf before signing or authorizing filing.
- Tell us promptly about any changes to your financial or tax situation that could affect our work.
- Keep your account credentials for our client portal and upload tools confidential.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services are set out in your engagement letter, estimate or invoice. Fees are due according to the terms stated at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to pause work on an engagement if payment is significantly past due, after reasonable notice to you.
Confidentiality
We treat the financial and tax information you share with us as confidential, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional standards. We will not disclose it to third parties except as described in that policy, as required by law, or with your consent.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We work to prepare accurate returns and sound financial guidance, but tax law changes, IRS positions and individual financial circumstances vary. Nothing on this website or in general communications is a guarantee of a specific refund amount, tax outcome, loan approval or investment result. Specific commitments, if any, are made only in a signed engagement letter.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
The text, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to KT Bradley CPA or its licensors and are provided for your general information. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, distribute or modify site content for commercial use without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KT Bradley CPA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or general information published on it. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable professional standards or law, and does not override the terms of a signed engagement letter.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms of the applicable engagement letter. Ending an engagement does not affect fees already earned for work performed, or either party's confidentiality obligations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
